Mobility Snack:


30-minute daily maintenance strategy to grease your gears (joints) for greater mobility. Areas of focus may include spine, shoulders, hips, ankles, and knees.

Monday at 12:00 p.m. Arizona



Rest & Restore Happier Hour:


A blissful & grounding mix of yin, somatic, and restorative yoga. Yoga Nidra may be offered.


Tuesday at 5:00 p.m. Arizona



Yoga Detour™:


Enjoy a practice focused on infusing strength and stability into yoga asana. This class moves at an accessible pace, waking up the body thoughtfully and methodically with the assistance of blocks, straps and dowels. Though these classes may not move as quickly as a flow class, students should come prepared to work hard as they learn about how their bodies are designed to move. Suitable to all levels — even the seasoned practitioner will pick up a few tips and tricks in this class.


Strength:


Functional mobility, yoga asana, and full-body sculpt using resistance bands, weights, and kettlebells.

Strong & Slow Flow


Improve your strength, mobility, stability, and mental focus with slow-moving vinyasa flow. Class will include a functional mobility warmup, yin-like wind-down, and savasana.
